Do you allow pets?
This is up to the owners of the property, so our policy on whether we allow pets and the types of pets allowed varies by property.
What is the pet deposit for the properties that do allow pets?
The pet deposit is $250 per pet.
How do I apply for one of your properties?
You can download the application form here, print it out and bring it in to our office. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or Apple Preview to view the application form.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $25 for anyone over 18.
Can I fax my application to your office?
No. We need to have your application fee turned in with the application, and we don’t take credit cards.
How long will it be before I know if my application has been approved?
Usually within 24 hours, but it depends on how long it takes to get information from previous landlords and employers.
